What’s the role about?

We are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Merchandiser to join the Outlets Merchandising team based at our Central London Head Office. You will be reporting into the Head of Wholesale/Franchise & Stock Clearance and provide support with planning and trading of the Outlets department to maximise profit and minimize markdowns.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning & trading the outlet range across own buy and terminal product
  • Ensuring terminal stock is cleared in line with business requirements, includes management of 3rd party clearance partners
  • Working alongside the outlet product development team to ensure collections are bought & delivered in a timely manner.
  • Produce & present weekly trading reports to summarise, analyse and identify key drivers with the view to propose any necessary trading action
  • Review and reforecast continuity lines on a regular basis
  • Manage monthly order placement and intake plans with suppliers to maintain planned stock levels- identifying lines for promotion, repeats and risk assessments
  • Chair the monthly business stock meeting to update on the clearing terminal of stock within agreed trading parameters. Includes presenting key actions to the executive team
