What’s the role about?

As part of our Logistics team, you’ll be joining as our Warehouse Operations Manager. You will support smooth operations between Reiss internal functions and the two 3PL warehouses (1 UK and 1 US), while managing key requirements and workflows. You will be working closely with other departments and report into Head of Operations and Logistics.

What you’ll be doing


  • Work closely with Product/Branch Merchandising, Ecom and Wholesale teams to provide and maintain accurate volume forecasting for both 3PLs and work collaboratively with all colleagues 
  • Responsible for ensuring both 3PLs are operating within SLAs, monitoring and managing performance where necessary  
  • Oversee intake process to ensure timely stock availability and support supplier compliance  
  • Act as main point of contact for retail standalones and partners regarding deliveries 
  • Support Head of Operations and Logistics in identifying and pursuing streamlining improvements 
  • Drives own development and completes required training 
  • Able to identify when to escalate an issue or difficult situation to Management 
  • Acts in accordance with a diverse and inclusive environment
