What’s the role about?

We are currently recruiting for a Partner Merchandiser to report into the Head of Global Allocation. As our Partner Merchandiser you will ensure your team has relevant training to develop required skills while also building strong partnerships internally & externally. You’ll work with the wider Planning team, Product Merchandising, Buying, Logistics & Warehouse teams to maximise sales performance through effective management and communication, identifying areas for growth across markets.

  • Previous experience at a premium fashion brand in stock allocation is essential.
  • Proactively sets goals and manages multiple priorities.
  • Thrives working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Organised with strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and ownership.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage stock delivery from Reiss Warehousing to Partner go live ensuring all parts of the critical path have been supported.
  • Ensure all necessary imagery & data is supplied by partner deadlines to ensure a timely delivery of orders and reduce later cancellations, discounts, returns or vendor funding.
  • Provide intake and stock forecasts in line with business requirements.
  • Report performance and forecasts vs budgets via Shipping Forecasts.
  • Managing direct and indirect reports across the team, supporting their development.
  • Building trading relationships with our partners, identifying opportunities as well as risks and building those into the planning across stakeholders.
  • Providing lessons learnt by season to ensure we are improving our own efficiencies through stock and operations so we can build year on year success.
  • Improve profitability through improved full price sell through whilst maintaining sales growth.
