What’s the role about?
As part of the Retail People & Culture team, the Retail Talent Partner is responsible for the end-to-end management of our recruitment processes across all global retail areas (UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia). You’ll be looking at our position and branding in the market, manage the day to day vacancies and candidate pipeline (including internals) through to pre-boarding activity, and make recommendations for better ways of achieving our recruitment goals for retail.
What you’ll be doing
Work closely with the Area and Country managers to understand current and future recruitment needs for Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Area and Retail Management, as well as new stores
Manage posting of roles on appropriate platforms for best candidate reach to supply current roles and build pipelines for future needs
Develop market knowledge in all geographies through research and build in-market networks, to ensure Reiss has a brand presence on all key platforms in all markets
Ensure best possible candidate experience from first connection through to outcome, working efficiently to move people at the right pace through the process
Headhunt critical and high-profile roles, build out market maps and engaged talent pools in all markets
Ensure selection tools, from pre-screen to interview to assessment, are fit for purpose to find the best possible talent for Reiss with an eye on removing any barriers to entry, creating an inclusive approach and finding culture-add hires
Be the subject matter expert for our ATS, identifying and continually improving how we best use it to achieve our recruitment goals
Provide learning solutions and coaching to build the confidence and capability of retail managers to recruit their store teams, providing expert technical advice and sharing best-practice insights
Who you are
Proven track record of delivering great direct-sourced recruitment outcomes in high volume environment, preferably retail or hospitality
Work at pace, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency
Highly engaging approach, able to connect easily with new people
Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
Collaborative mindset and team-orientation
