At Reiss we’re committed to respecting your privacy. This privacy notice is designed to describe to you how Reiss collects and uses your personal data during our recruitment process, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
First of all, we use Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. When you apply for a job with us, the information we collect / you provide is used to determine whether or not you're a good fit for current and future roles at our company.
We will use the data to assess your skills, qualifications and suitability for a role, carry out background / reference checks where appropriate (after an offer of employment with Reiss), to communicate with you regarding your application, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and to keep a record of our recruitment process.
We'll hold on to your data for up to 12 months and if it turns out we'd like to keep it around longer, we'll reach out to you for consent first.
Lastly, if at any point you'd like us to remove the information we've collected, share it with you or you'd like to see our Candidate Privacy Policy in full, just let us know.
